About Us

The Wellness Roadies is a clinician-led emotional wellness collective supporting the mental and emotional health of people in live-music and high-sensory environments. We provide preventative, trauma-informed care for music festivals, touring artists and crew, live-event staff, and attendees—meeting people where intensity, creativity, and connection intersect.

Founded by licensed social workers with a profound love for music and the people behind it, The Wellness Roadies was created to address a gap in live-event culture. While many events offer emergency medical services, harm reduction, or passive wellness activities, fewer provide preventative, clinician-facilitated emotional regulation and psychoeducation. Our work lives in that middle space—supporting emotional steadiness and connection before overwhelm escalates.

All programming is facilitated by licensed mental health clinicians trained in trauma-informed care, group dynamics, and the realities of the music industry. This ensures emotional safety, ethical boundaries, and culturally aligned support. Services are sober-supportive but not sobriety-exclusive, welcoming a broad range of lived experiences.

We specialize in group-based emotional regulation experiences, experiential psychoeducation, and creative wellness activations that feel natural in festival and live-event settings. We collaborate closely with organizers, touring teams, nonprofits, and existing care partners to strengthen onsite care ecosystems and support sustainable wellbeing.
